A quick announcement and a favor.
Hi,
I need to ask a favor of you.
I am getting REALLY close to wrapping up the long awaited
fertility handbook. I’ll be releasing it later this month
(December). But before I do I have to ask you a couple of
questions.
Can you help me out?

Hi Melissa,
Having a successful pregnancy and carrying your baby to term comes down to health, making your body as vibrant with health as you can in order to produce healthy eggs, and timing, making live with your partner on the days around ovulation to create the highest likelihood of conception.
Miscarriages can be caused by any number of things. Some of them are unavoidable, as in the case of genetic defects, and there is little you can do about it. Other miscarriages come about because of hormonal imbalances, like low progesterone, that results in a thin endometrium that is unable to support a growing fetus. One solution is to adjust your diet to support increased progesterone production. Foods that do this are those that are rich in vitamin B6, like tofu, kelp, whole grains, wheat germ, walnuts. Also, cutting animal fats out of your diet will reduce the production of certain acids that impair the functioning of the corpus luteum that produces progesterone.
I hope this helps Melissa.
Warmly,
Helene
